True-hearted Christians who will commit themselves to the following guidelines for Christian lifestyle:

Residents shall seek to maintain high standards of integrity in all areas of life, including interpersonal and community relationships, academic work and Christian ministry. They shall seek to live an exemplary Christian life, practicing respect and concern for all people, honesty, and appropriate behavior toward other residents and visitors. They shall refrain from the following anywhere on Dayspring premises: explicit immodesty, pre-marital sex, acts of homosexuality, use of pornography, smoking of tobacco products, storing or consuming of any alcoholic beverage, storing, consuming or otherwise using any illegal non-prescription drug.

What will it cost?

Room and Board for 2008-2009

Room with single occupancy:

Meal Plan A (14 meals/week: 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners)
$3850 per semester ($770/mo auto withdrawal)

Meal Plan B (9 meals/week: 5 lunches, 4 dinners)
3525 per semester ($705/mo auto withdrawal)

Meal Plan C (9 meals/week: 5 breakfasts, 4 dinners)
$3300 per semester ($660/mo auto withdrawal)

Room with double occupancy: (Meal plans same as above)

Meal Plan A      $3250 per semester ($650/mo auto withdrawal)
Meal Plan B      $2925 per semester ($585/mo auto withdrawal)
Meal Plan C      $2700 per semester ($540/mo auto withdrawal)

*Discount for annual prepayment by July 1st ($150/yr) or for biannual payment ($95/semester)

How do I get in?

Step 1: Fill out and submit the Residence Application Form

Step 2: Arrange for a tour of the facilities.

Step 3: Submit a pre-lease deposit and agreement.

Step 4: Sign a lease and move in!
