Dick is the Director of Student Development, a strategic ministry which allows him to use his gifts and training as a counselor to help students in personal struggles and their pursuit of spiritual growth. B.A., Oregon State University; M.Div., Western Seminary; M.A., Ph.D., University of Denver. Judi is a certified Life Coach who works with women in the Bridge and Leadership Programs. She is also in great demand as an inspirational speaker and dramatist.

Ray Donatucci is the regional training director for Young Life. He also teaches New Testament as an adjunct faculty member of Dayspring Center for Christian Studies and Denver Seminary. He holds the B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University, and the M.Div. degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, where he is currently also a doctoral student.

Rick is the founder and President of the Dayspring Center in Boulder, and CEO of Centers for Christian Study, International. He teaches a variety of courses in Christian studies, and is currently doing research and writing on the theology and ethics of joy.

Gary is on the staff of Global Community Resources, a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, and enjoys a worldwide ministry of speaking, writing and mentoring. His books have sold more than 200,000 copies. He holds the B.A. degree from Baylor University, the M.Div. from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California.
